This week saw two tragic incidents unrelated to cannabis but important nonetheless.

Thailand had a tragic shooting event at Siam Paragon shopping mall carried out by a 14-year old boy leaving at least 2 people dead, and many Thais were caught up in the conflict in Israel with at least two dead and several others injured as well as captured.

Given the lack of any substantial news regarding cannabis this week I’ll keep things short and say that my heart goes out to the victims of these incidents and their families. The global community continues to grapple with various challenges, and we're reminded yet again of the fragility of life and the value of peace and understanding.

We often focus on cannabis news in this newsletter, but I believe it's essential to be aware of broader world events and show compassion and solidarity wherever possible.

For now, let's all take a moment to reflect and to cherish the time we have with our loved ones. In a world of constant change, let's remember to be the positive change we wish to see.
